Cambodian Scented Rice is a white rice similar in look and texture for jasmine rice but with authentic natural fragrance. Once cooked, this rice has the perfect soft and chewy texture which makes it ideal for use in recipes such as stir fries, fried rice, soups and more.
Ingredients: 100% Cambodian Scented Rice.
Cooking Instructions:
- Rice the rice with water once or twice before cooking.
- Put in 1-1 cups of water into a heavy saucepan and bring to boil.
- Stir in 1 cup of Cambodian Scented Rice.
- Cover, lower heat and simmer for 18-20 minutes.
- Remove from heat, cover and leave to stand for 5 minutes.
- For softer rice, add more water and simmer for longer.
